Die Zahl der Dreisterner in Britannien steigt damit auf acht; alle bisherigen Dreisterner behielten die Höchstwertung, darunter Alain Ducasse, Hélène Darozze, Claire Smyth, Gordon Ramsay und Heston Blumenthal, aber auch das Sketch, in dem bis vor wenigen Monaten der Tiroler Johannes Nuding als Executive Chef die drei Sterne hielt. Das Restaurant gehört zur Gruppe von Pierre Gagnaire. Wie berichtet, eröffnet Johannes Nuding im kommenden Sommer in seiner Heimatstadt Hall in Tirol das familieneigene Hotel-Restaurant Schwarzer Adler neu.
